Jenny Coates is a Brand President and omni-channel growth executive with more than two decades of experience leading consumer brands through scale, transformation, and profitability. Her career spans merchandising, marketing, brand strategy, e-commerce, retail, and operations, giving her the ability to connect enterprise vision to day-to-day execution and financial outcomes.
Jenny is often selected to lead businesses at moments of inflection, when growth, margin pressure, and/or channel complexity require an executive with full-spectrum operating and leadership experience. She has built and led teams through rapid expansion and operating disruption, aligning people, systems, and strategy so growth becomes durable rather than fragile. Her work centers on setting enterprise priorities, establishing decision ownership, and installing operating rhythms that allow performance to scale without leadership dependency.
She built her foundation close to product and customer experience. An early formative project, bringing the Waterford Times Square Ball to Macy’s Herald Square, reinforced a lesson that continues to guide her leadership. Experience creates demand, but only disciplined execution, ownership, and cross-functional alignment convert it into sustained commercial performance.
As her scope expanded, Jenny moved into increasingly complex enterprise roles, leading larger organizations across more channels with higher financial stakes. She developed a reputation for leading organizations through complexity when growth demanded stronger leadership depth, clearer governance, and disciplined execution. She maintains intentional proximity to execution to identify risk and opportunity early, while designing leadership systems and decision frameworks that scale beyond her direct involvement. This allows her to operate effectively at both the strategic and execution levels as organizations scale.

She aligns merchandising, marketing, and operations into cohesive operating systems so ecommerce, wholesale, and retail reinforce one another. Her work modernizes how brands meet customers while building organizations capable of sustaining performance at scale. The result is stronger leaders, healthier businesses, and brands built to last.
Outside of work, she serves on nonprofit boards focused on leadership, community, and literacy. She is also an enthusiastic but mediocre banjo player and student of the Irish language.
